We are located in La Línea de la Concepción, Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. We are located in what is called "the gateway to the Mediterranean", overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar.

Is the houseboat in La Línea de la Concepción close to Gibraltar?
Yes, our houseboat hotel is located 5 minutes from Gibraltar. You can go there on foot, by car or on our complimentary bicycles. All houseboats have a direct view of the Rock of Gibraltar.
Can I cook on the houseboat?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook.
Do the houseboats have a shower and toiletries?
Yes, all our houseboats have a private shower with hot water. You will also find all you need for personal hygiene
Is smoking allowed inside the boat houses?
All Boat Haus boat houses are "Smoke Free". In case of smoking inside the boat, a fine of €50 will be charged.
Do the houseboats have air conditioning?
Yes, all houseboats are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
Are there options for tourist activities nearby?
Yes, Boat Haus offers tours to the Rock of Gibraltar, dolphin watching and the animal rescue centre. We also advise our guests on which beaches to visit and which nearby towns to visit during the day.
