Where is Boat Haus Mediterranean Experience located?
We are located in La Línea de la Concepción, Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. We are in what is known as “the gateway to the Mediterranean”, with views from Alcaidesa Marina towards the Rock of Gibraltar.

What amenities does the Yacht boat house offer?
Our Yacht houseboat offers modern design, comfort, and nautical style in an exclusive setting. It provides all the comforts of home: two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, a living-dining area with modular sofas, 50” and 24” Smart TVs, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and extractor fan (no microwave). You’ll also enjoy a private terrace with sun loungers, outdoor table, shower, and access to the upper deck, ideal for relaxing with views of the marina.
Is the houseboat in La Línea de la Concepción close to Gibraltar?
Yes, our houseboat hotel is located 5 minutes from Gibraltar. You can go there on foot, by car or on our complimentary bicycles. You can also rent our electric car, a fast, eco-friendly and fun way to get to Gibraltar.
Can I cook on the houseboat?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook.
Do the houseboats have a shower and toiletries?
Yes, all our houseboats have a private shower with hot water. You will also find all you need for personal hygiene
Is smoking allowed inside the boat houses?
All Boat Haus boat houses are "Smoke Free". In case of smoking inside the boat, a fine of €50 will be charged.
Do the houseboats have air conditioning?
Yes, all houseboats are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
Does the hotel offer tourist activities?
Yes. At Boat Haus we offer excursions to the Rock of Gibraltar, dolphin watching, and the Animal Rescue Centre. We also provide rentals of electric cars and electric inflatable boats. All activities can be booked through our exclusive app. Click here to book the activities you want.
Will there be any construction noise during my stay?
Yes. Alcaidesa Marina is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project to improve its infrastructure and services. While we’re enthusiastic about the port’s future, this work is beyond our control and may cause some noise during weekday working hours. No work takes place on weekends or public holidays. We assure you that none of Boat Haus’s services or facilities are affected. Our team is fully committed and available to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
