Each Gift Card has its own conditions, so we recommend checking the details before purchasing.
How do I redeem a Boat Haus Gift Card?
To redeem your Boat Haus Gift Card, just contact the hotel and choose your stay date, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. You’ll be asked for your Gift Card code during the booking process to confirm it’s valid.
Do Boat Haus Gift Cards have an expiration date?
Yes, Boat Haus Gift Cards have an expiration date from the moment you buy them. Be sure to check the expiry date and make your booking before it runs out. If you’re unsure about availability or need an extension, just get in touch with Boat Haus.

How many nights and guests can I book in a package?
You can choose the number of nights when booking, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. You can also select the number of guests, depending on the floating house capacity.
How do I book a package and when should I do it?
Booking is easy: select your package, choose the dates, and complete your reservation online. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially in high season.
What does the Upper Gibraltar tour include?
To book the tour, first choose the dates of your stay at Boat Haus and then add the tour to your booking. The tour includes a private guide and vehicle for up to 4 people, lasting approximately 90 minutes. If you would like to add more people or the Upper Rock experience, please contact us for more details .
What does the Dolphin Watching tour include?
A boat trip to see Gibraltar’s famous dolphins in their natural habitat, with breathtaking views. The ticket includes boarding access, and the experience lasts approximately 90 minutes. Book your stay at Boat Haus first, then add the tour.
What does the Animal Rescue Centre visit include?
Entrance to the Animal Rescue Centre in Castellar de la Frontera, where you can interact with and learn about rescued animals. The centre is open from 10:00 to 19:00. First, book your stay at Boat Haus, then add this experience—perfect for animal and nature lovers!
What is the difference between the Rock Tour and the Full Gibraltar Package?
The Rock Tour is booked once the booking is made and is to visit the Rock with a private guide and can be booked on an individual basis. The Full Gibraltar package includes a stay in a Modern House for 4 people with breakfast, dinner and full fridge on arrival, the tour to the Rock and dolphin watching. Everything for a complete visit.
Will there be any construction noise during my stay?
Yes. Alcaidesa Marina is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project to improve its infrastructure and services. While we’re enthusiastic about the port’s future, this work is beyond our control and may cause some noise during weekday working hours. No work takes place on weekends or public holidays. We assure you that none of Boat Haus’s services or facilities are affected. Our team is fully committed and available to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
