What services are included in the stay?
In our boat houses you will find the comfort of a home.
During your entire stay, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking, courtesy bicycles, tea and coffee.
All our boat houses have a private bathroom with toiletries, equipped kitchen, towels, sheets and nordic, seating area, A.C. hot / cold, Smart TV, sofa and hammock. In addition to their own furnished terrace with views of the sea, the marina’s boats, and wonderful sunrises and sunsets.
How is the security at the Alcaidesa Marina?
The harbour where Boat Haus is located has private security. At the same time, the dock where the houseboats are anchored has exclusive access for guests, restricting the entrance to any person outside the accommodation.
Can I gift a stay in the boat houses?
Yes. Through our website you can purchase gift vouchers so that you can give away the wonderful experience of sleeping in a boat house.
Are they shared rooms or a whole house?
Our boat houses are complete and private homes. All have a private terrace, shower and kitchen.
Does the floating hotel have parking for my car?
Yes. We offer free parking inside the marina for the duration of your stay. And if you prefer to travel without a car, at Boat Haus you can rent our electric cars to get around La Línea and Gibraltar comfortably and sustainably.
Does the floating hotel have Wifi service?
Yes, the Wifi service is free of charge and the network works in the whole establishment.
When is the cleaning and change of towels?
We clean the boat at check-in and at check-out. You can hire additional cleaning and clean towels for €20.
What exclusive services does the floating restaurant 1972 offer?
At ‘1972 Food, Drinks & Market’ we offer breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners. We have an exclusive wine and alcoholic drinks menu. We serve homemade food and are open from 8 am to 11 pm. You can book a table on the boat or take away. We also offer baskets with packaged products so that you can prepare whatever you want.

Will there be any construction noise during my stay?
Yes. Alcaidesa Marina is currently undergoing an exciting expansion project to improve its infrastructure and services. While we’re enthusiastic about the port’s future, this work is beyond our control and may cause some noise during weekday working hours. No work takes place on weekends or public holidays. We assure you that none of Boat Haus’s services or facilities are affected. Our team is fully committed and available to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
