We are located in La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz, in front of Gibraltar, where you can be dazzled by the fascinating views of the Rock and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the sea.
Southern Spain has fabulous weather! So you can enjoy the magic of sleeping on the water, surrounded by nature, all year long.
We are located just 5 minutes from the border with Gibraltar, which gives you the opportunity to visit another country and return on the same day.

Where is Boat Haus Mediterranean Experience located?
We are located in La Línea de la Concepción, Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. We are located in what is called "the gateway to the Mediterranean", overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar.
Are the houseboats in La Línea de la Concepción close to Gibraltar?
Yes, our houseboat hotel is located 5 minutes from Gibraltar. You can go there on foot, by car or on our complimentary bicycles. All houseboats have a direct view of the Rock of Gibraltar.

How much does it cost to stay in the Boat Haus Mediterranean Experience boat houses?
The value of your stay at Boat Haus will depend on the type of boat house chosen, the number of nights, the number of guests staying, and the time of year when the wonderful experience of sleeping on the water takes place. Values can start at €120 per night in low season for two people.
How many people can stay in the boat houses?
We have boat houses with capacity for 2, 4 and 6 people.
What are the entry/check-in and exit check-out times?
The entrance/check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. The departure/check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
Is it possible to enter before or leave after the check-in and check-out times?
Boat Haus has an early check-in and late check-out service, subject to availability and additional charges.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation outside this period or no-show, we will charge the price of the reservation.
Are pets allowed on the Boat Haus Mediterranean Experience boat houses?
Yes, we are animal lovers and pets are allowed on our boats with an additional charge.
Does the hotel have its own restaurant?
Yes, at Boat Haus we have our own restaurant ‘1972 Food, Drinks & Market’ where we offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, an extensive wine list and a market of authentic Andalusian packaged products. We also offer half board and full board services.
A great find with breathtaking views! From the moment we arrived at the pier we were thrilled. The rooms were spotless and just the right size. We had a great walk around Gibraltar which is only 5 minutes away.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was great to have secure parking and we really enjoyed having such a unique place to stay. Fabulous view of the rock and easy walking access to Gibralter. The houseboat was warm clean and comfortable. Lovely that it was dog friendly too.
