What are the Check-In and Check-Out hours?
The entrance is from 3:00 p.m. and the exit, before 11:00 a.m. However, we have an early check-in and late check-out service, subject to availability and additional charges.
How is the Check-In and Check-Out process?
Prior to arrival, our guests will receive an email with easy instructions for self check-in and check-out. They also have the support of the staff in case of any doubt or inconvenience.
Is breakfast included in the value of the reservation?
Breakfast is not included in the reservation. It can be requested via whatsapp or email and has an extra cost of €20.
In addition to breakfast, we have a list of upgrades that you can request additionally to live your experience to the fullest.
What is the equipment of the boat houses?
All our boats have: private bathroom with toiletries, equipped kitchen, towels, sheets and duvets, seating area, hot/cold A.C., Smart TV, sofa and hammock. All accommodations have a terrace with views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.
Do the bicycles have to be rented or paid for?
No. Bicycles are a courtesy of Boat Haus for our guests during their stay.
What parking options are available?
During the entire stay you will have free parking inside the port.

Puerto Deportivo Alcaidesa has different extra services for our guests:
