Boat Haus, the first houseboat hotel in Spain
At Boat Haus Mediterranean we want you to enjoy this unique experience and that is why we launched the first houseboat hotel in Spain a few years ago. For us, designing a houseboat experience had to take into account all the aspects we have seen (and much more).
Our first challenge was therefore to choose a location for our flotel concept. We set to work to find a unique location, with a good climate all year round and in harmony with nature.
And we found it!
In Andalusia, in the south of Spain, we came across this particular paradise we were looking for. Right in the harbour of the Alcaidesa Marina, in La Línea de la Concepción, in front of a unique view of the Rock of Gibraltar.

Where contact with the water and the gentle murmur of the waves will offer you what we call an authentic Mediterranean Experience that you can share with your partner, family or friends in a comfortable and peaceful environment.
A place that will be the ideal base camp for any plan that you propose, because you have at hand the city centre, Gibraltar and all the varied offer that the province of Cadiz has for the traveller: beaches, mountains, white or seafaring villages... In short, a lot of relaxing plans in Cadiz.

Needless to say, to make your stay complete, our floating hotel is equipped with all the luxurious details: fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, wifi, air conditioning, television and a private car park at your disposal so that you don't waste a minute of your rest time.
Fancy a breath of fresh air? Then head up to the private terrace of your houseboat to sunbathe or enjoy the views at sunset. A highlight will be relaxing in the evening with your loved ones in front of the illuminated Rock.
By the way, we are pet friendly! We love animals and your pet has a place in our floating homes.
